Blane Dydasco is a filmmaker and director with professional experience across film, television, commercials, visual effects, and emerging AI-native production. A Chapman University Film and Television graduate with a concentration in Writing and Directing, he previously worked as an IATSE Local 728 Lighting Technician / Best Boy and now directs and produces RIVER, an 85-minute AI-animated feature.

His work combines traditional filmmaking craft—performance, composition, pacing, continuity, editorial, and production discipline—with new generative tools designed to serve the story rather than replace the filmmaking process.
